Hannah and Clay
Monday, June 1, 2009 at 07:51PM The rain did not dampen our day for Hannah and Clay's wedding. I met Hannah through another friend and former client Janel, and I knew that any friend of Janel's would be a perfect fit for SOTA. Hannah and Clay were such an inspiration, fun, sexy and full of spirit is how I would have to describe them!
We started at Hotel Palomar, a funky Kimpton boutique hotel in the heart of Dupont Circle. Katie Martin, from Elegance and Simplicity, organized a perfectly synchronized day and topped it off with the most FABULOUS flowers!! Leave it to Katie to create a bouquet perfect for Hannah's personality.
The ceremony took place at Carnegie Institute, where we have never photographed before, but ended up being the coolest location. Filled with smooth purple velvet seats and gorgeous overhead lighting, it was a dream for the D3!
We then topped off the night at Sequoia Restaurant in Georgetown. When I say these kids like to party I am not kidding, the dance floor never stopped.
I have to say a huge thank you to Hannah and Clay! As I have said many times before, we really do have the most amazing couples. Hannah and Clay have such an awesome realtionship, full of laughter and love. We had such an amazing time at your wedding and thanks so much for letting us ROCK OUT with you!

Hannah and I have been waiting with baited breath for the pictures to come back and your blog captured the wedding day so wonderfully! I am like a kid the night before Christmas morning to see the rest of the pictures.!

Words cannot describe this photography. If I could go back in time, I would have brought the entire SOTA team to Cartagena for my wedding. Hannah and Clay look like movie stars! These pictures are classic and creative at the same time. Fantastic work!

WOW! These photos are commercial enough to stand out in a crowd of consistently overdone poses in wedding photography, but classy enough to stand the test of time as keepsakes. Glad that we were there to share in part of this special day.
