David + Denaye

David and Denaye have been friends of ours for a while.  We had the incredible pleasure of photographing their engagement photos several months back, which to date has been one of my favorite shoots ever.  They dressed up like characters straight out of the Notebook and we did a beautiful nightime carnival shoot.

So needless to say, their wedding was much anticipated and did not dissapoint.  The Corcoran hosted the wonderful event with Terri Eaves from Bash at the helm!  It was a decadent affair, so sophisticated, so much color and so fun!!  David and Denaye are head over heals for each other and I kept noticing all night the stolen glances and kisses, I love that!

I still can't believe how lucky we are to photograph such cool people, sometimes I have to pinch myself because I feel so blessed.  The perk of being in this business for so long is that you are able to have the opportunity to work with the people that are the perfect fit.  I often tell my clients, if you don't feel a connection, don't book us, no matter how much you like the work.

We were connected to David and Denaye, they are wonderful people and such great sports, thank you so much for giving so much of yourself to us because it shows in all the photos...you both are really amazing!
